Freak Out!

Oh my gosh. Does anyone else get nauseated and excited and extremely scared when they look at the counter in the corner? 13 days? That is definitely NOT enough time to find a name for a baby... or feel completely ready!

Yes, you may be thinking that I have known this day was coming for nine months, so I should be ready... but I'm NOT! Jon and I stay up until all hours of the night talking about the upcoming "BIG DAY" - he's a bit freaked too.

I can't wait to see her and hold her, but ... then what do I do with her? :) The anticipation is kind of like waiting for Christmas morning except that you can actually count down to that big day. Ours could happen any time. Like now. Or in 10 minutes. Or in 10 days! It's killing me!
*On a side note, I'm really going to post about the nursery. I promise. We took down my home office to make the baby room and in the process packed up my iMac with my pics on it. I'll unpack it again and post those soon. Stay tuned...

Doesn't scare me at all. I was just wondering yesterday how you are doing!! Savannah was 2 1/2 weeks early, so if I had had a counter mine would have never gotten that low!! No one is EVER ready to have a baby, but things tend to work out most of the time. Good luck and the name is SHELLY or MICHELLE will suffice!

Have you at least been able to accept the fact that you're pregnant? Sometimes I remember I am and it's really weird. Really.

Well, I haven't had a baby, but I am sure that's normal. I would be freaking out too. Is that what they are referring to when they say "Getting my Freak on" ?? ;)

I love you guys, and you will be amazing parents.

(Also I was laughing after we hung out, aren't you the one with the hormones boiling? Why did I have the freak out with that silly man?)

SO EXCITED FOR YOU!!!! I remember bringing Lily home for the hospital and thinking, "what now?!?" Good luck with deciding on a name. We haven't came up with one for our little guy either. Can't wait to meet her!
